shipping policies

orders will typically be sent out 2-3 weeks after the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. due to the pandemic occurring right now, there may be delays in delivery times. the shipping cost covers shipping and packaging.

once an item(s) is shipped and in the hands of the postal service it is no longer my responsibility. however, if an item does not arrive to its destination or it if arrives damaged (due to my own negligence, such as the lack of sufficient care when packaging) please reach out to me under the 'contact' tab and we will discuss possible solutions. in some cases, I can offer repairs or provide a replacement for a discounted price.
